4C's trip to St Saviours

This afternoon, 4C had a wonderful time visiting St. Saviour’s to learn about the Easter story. As part of the experience, we explored the moment when Jesus and his disciples went to the Garden of Gethsemane. In this scene, Jesus felt deeply sorrowful, so the children decorated stones with uplifting designs and messages—something they could look at for comfort if they ever felt the same way.

The children were thrilled to bring their decorated stones back to school, and they’ve placed them in our reading corner as a gentle reminder of ways to find peace and reassurance when feeling sad or in need of a moment of calm.
