4HG Make Greek Salads!

This morning we took on the challenge of making a Greek salad, each one designed for a specific purpose. We made sure to prioritise hygiene and safety: applying the claw grip and bridge hold to master the art of chopping ingredients in to the perfect sizes. We carefully selected the ingredients to suit the audience we designed it for and later evaluated our delicious salad. We did our teachers proud, showcasing co-operation and responsibility throughout. What a fun morning!
